In my books I like to I create a feeling that takes the reader along with me on every haunt. Just start reading the book and you will begin to smell the fresh sea air… as the hair on the back of your neck begins to rise!cover-for-amazon-copy

  • Read about Rose and Katie, a mother-daughter ghost team who wait alone in the old Sea Holly Inn, kept on this plane by feelings for a great love from her former life.
  • Experience the “shared” haunting of the Windward and Saltwood Houses and read about the mistress that took her love affair to the grave and back.
  • You will feel like you are right at home with Congress Hall’s many spectral guests, who have been enjoying their stays at the grand old seaside hotel for hundreds of years. Cape May’s ghosts have very good taste!
  • Visit with the ghost of Columbia House and see how the old baker, William Essen still delights guests with his paranormal feats.
  • You will gain a new appreciation of “spirits” at the Ugly Mug bar and restaurant on the mall after you read about “Danny Boy,” the young ghost that watches you from the upper floors or two of the bar’s former patrons who continue to occupy their former bar stools. Careful where you sit!
  • If you have ever enjoyed eating at Martini Beach, a favorite haunt of Cape May locals, you will know that more than locals are haunting here. The ghost of Julie, a former waitress and a mysterious guest who continues to live in the forgotten guest rooms on the fourth floor, inhabit this old beach front dwelling. Julie has a way with he customers and keeps a sharp ghostly eye on the staff, flashing lights when she does no approve of their work habits! If you are lucky enough to be invited to venture upstairs above the restaurant to the very top floor, you may encounter the ghost I call Gilbert, a former bartender of the hotel who took the word “spirit” a little too literally. Gilbert still haunts his favorite guest room (pictured) a true “Room with a Boo.”
  • Then there’s the ghostly guests of the Hotel Macomber (pictured below) on Ocean Avenue and Howard Street. If you are lucky enough to get Room 10, you will be in for a real paranormal treat. Come with me as I pay a visit on Miss Wright and her ghost pals at one of Cape May best places to stay and ghost watch. From a ghostly waitress some say choked on her last meal to the basement growler, this old hotel from 1918 is one of the more active haunts in town. It is also a great place to stay. Beach front, comfortable rooms, ghosts, what more could a paranormal traveler ask for?
  • These are only a few of the many haunts featured in my first book.

These accounts and many more line the pages of this paranormally charged book. Each of these haunts has been researched by myself and my team of paranormal investigators. When I investigate a place that is reputed to be haunted, sometimes it is but many times it is not.

These are true documentations of my years of ghost hunting in Cape May, and while a few of these haunts turn out to be lighthearted and amusing tales, other chilling tales of the undead will send you running for the light switch!
